Return Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free and easy No Questions Asked Exchange Policy or return.

Exchange or return of items purchased from Waimea Fashion shall be allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the merchandise is in its original and saleable condition — unused, unwashed, unworn — with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

Items sold using any discount code of 40% or more are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Merchandise bought during a sale may only be exchanged within the same sale period.

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Offers: Items purchased as part of a BOGO promotion must be returned together. You may not return one item and keep the other. If all items from the BOGO order are not returned, the return will not be accepted.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wrong or Defective Item Received

In the unlikely event that the merchandise you received is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to connect@waimeafashion.com. You will be required to provide video proof clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the wrong or defective item inside. Without valid video proof submitted within the 24-hour window, we will be unable to process a claim for a wrong or defective item.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You may raise a return/exchange request (registered users) by logging into your Waimea Fashion online account from "My Account > Order > Return/Exchanges".

Alternatively, you may write to us at connect@waimeafashion.com and request a return or exchange. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier and returned to us.

All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice shipped with the products. We will not be able to accept returns without the relevant original sales invoice.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package and write to us at connect@waimeafashion.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Returns / Exchange Through Courier Collection

If you request a return/exchange through courier collection, you will be given a courier Airway Bill at the time of collection, which is to be retained for future reference. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice before handing over the return merchandise and original sales invoice to the courier.

Exchanges through courier collection shall only be done for items with exactly the same price as the item being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement item requested and our Customer Care team will confirm availability and whether the exchange can be made.

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after the returned merchandise is received at our facility and inspected by our team to verify that the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. If the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements (damaged, worn, missing tags, etc.), the return will not be accepted and the item will be shipped back to you.

After verification, refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

Refunds for credit/debit card payments will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in credit to your account, as that is managed by your issuing bank.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via online bank transfer. An email will be sent to you requesting your bank account details.

You cannot be refunded to a different method of payment than the one used for the original order.
